Today, Ushur is recognized as a pioneer of a new category with customers across the globe that include some of the world's largest enterprises delivering critical solutions in healthcare, insurance, banking and financial services. Prior to founding Ushur, Simha held leadership roles at ground-breaking technology companies including 3COM and Lucent Technologies.

Henry Peter brings his expertise in cloud-based complex communications technology and massively scalable architectures to creating exacting yet beautiful solutions to frictionless interactions. His detailed analysis of intricate software systems ensures his team builds solutions in the right way for users. Henry was previously the software architect for session management and border security solutions for VoIP at Dialogic, and prior to that, Systems Architect at Veraz, which followed on from six years at Lucent Technologies as part of a team of pioneers in software-based call processing and routing.

Vandana is responsible for helping customers transform their business processes, maximizing customer experience and engagement with the Ushur platform. Vandana has 20+ years of experience building teams, solutions and products in roles across Engineering and Services at Nutanix, VCE and HP.
Kashif MahbubChief Marketing Officer

Kashif is driven by his two passions: creating category-defining global brands and platforms and building high-performance teams of quietly amazing people who make it all happen. In a career spanning 20+ years, Kashif has built and led marketing, product and growth functions in fast-scaling startups in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), intelligent automation, customer engagement and experience management and intelligent document management. At Ushur, Kashif leads the company’s marketing function, spanning brand, communications, community, and all aspects of its growth.

Michael is responsible for ensuring the Ushur Platform helps our enterprise clients achieve their customer automation goals in delightful, secure and operationally-efficient ways. Michael has over 20 years of experience building teams and strategies in operations, contact center and product-development roles at companies like AT&T, Comcast, Dish Network and Slingbox.
Sreevathsa DuglapuraSVP & GM, India

With two and half decades of product engineering and management experience covering areas such enterprise wireless networks, 3D graphics & gaming engines, audio tools, embedded, middleware & application software - Vathsa is responsible for the overall operations of Ushur R&D innovation centre in India. Prior to Ushur, Vathsa was the director of engineering at embedUR Systems and was responsible for managing teams that built solutions for some of the largest networking & telecommunications enterprises. His earlier career has spanned companies such as Analog Devices, Intel, Netlogic Microsystems and Mphasis, with contributions in management as well as various engineering roles.
Ron GuptaChief Revenue Officer

Ron brings 15+ years sales experience to lead Ushur’s revenue generation with its ethos of valuing every customer as a partner. Ron joins from contract lifecycle management platform Conga. He led one of Conga’s largest revenue engines while simultaneously launching two additional global markets, contributing to a period of growth where Conga more than doubled its annual revenue to over $400M. At billion-dollar enterprise software company TIBCO, Ron led all functions of its government subsidiary and was instrumental in the acquisition of several of TIBCO’s largest customers. Other leadership roles include Senior Vice President and Head of Global Sales at Zephyr (acquired by SmartBear) and Sales Director at BPM company Pegasystems.
Jessica GoheenCoS, VP Sales Ops

As Chief of Staff to the CEO and VP of Sales Operations and Enablement, Jessica is responsible for the operating rhythm of the executive leadership team and the sales organization. Jessica brings over 20 years of experience building strategic growth functions and strategies in early-stage, high-growth technology start-ups.
