This is the first time we're using this tool and I was even just like, “Okay I'm not ready yet. I haven't seen it.” But then to unleash business users hands-on with this stuff, and it works, so we could have started that even earlier.

Our organization is responsible for the strategies and the relationships and the experiences of our premier partners and their clients. Our premier partners are our top broker and consulting companies and our top technology platform companies. To service them the way we need to in the future, we have to look at things differently. While I truly believe that we can be strategic in our thinking, our ability to be innovative in our solutions requires partners like Ushur. The partnership with Ushur started with the foundation of trust–as I think all good partnerships should–but it really developed into what I said earlier today: a partnership of energy.

We hadn't heard of Ushur before we did our “Shark Tank” experience. So having you come to the table and present there, and really what we needed you to do wasn't a core competency. And so being able to watch you say, “Yes. Absolutely. That's something we can do.” You interviewed us, you talked to us about what our needs were, and then you built it and delivered it so quickly. Having the knowledge of, “Wow! Ushur can really listen, adapt, and solve,” I think has opened our eyes to what else we can use Ushur for. What other problems, what other manual processes, can we convert and really lead us to being easy to do business with, which is a huge part of where we're going next year.
